On excursions there is often leisure time on the plan and then the question arises where to go. That’s why I’m coming to you with this article, which will show you some interesting places you can visit, mostly the cafes.
Central Coffee Perks – Rd. Strumykowa 2
If you're a fan of the sitcom, you'll appreciate Torun's Central Coffee Perks cafe. Their talented baristas serve great coffee in a cozy setting much like the familiar cafe on the show. And yes, they have episodes of Friends playing all day long. The selection of coffees here is really wide, everyone should find something perfect for everyone. Even if you are not a fan of the cult series, you will not regret that visit.

Bread House Café – Rd. Fosa Staromiejska 2-4
The Bread House Café is a favorite for many people for breakfast. A very nice decor encourages you to sit down. There is a very pleasant atmosphere here, which is complemented by a wide range of coffees and desserts. The smell rising from the restaurant will attract the attention of every passing person.

Weranda - a fairy-tale corner with delicious food – Rd. Szosa Chełmińska 138
It’s a place where you can get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. This place can boast of delicious Italian cuisine, but also a fairy-tale interior. You can definitely find Provencal decor motifs here. The eye is delighted with the many details that give the atmosphere: large star lamps hanging from the ceiling, wooden toys on shelves or scattered blankets on the sofas. Scenery looks like is taken from a fairy tale Little Prince. On cold autumn days, the atmosphere of the place itself can sound better than warming tea.

Kona Coast Cafe – Rd. Chełmińska 18
Kona Coast Cafe is a small cozy cafe, perfect as a place for group meetings. It is a really perfect place to relax with coffee or dessert. It takes its name from the Kona coast of Hawaii, the only state in North America where coffee is grown. Apart from coffee, there are also freshly prepared meals. In the restaurant, you can choose bar seats or comfortable sofas.

For a real treat, head over to Lenkiewicz café for delicious ice cream, coffees and desserts. The cafe is commonly known for the largest amount of ice cream in a good price. Everybody must come in to that place.

BELGIAN FRIES - Szewska 25
Anyone missing a sweet tooth can enjoy the savoury delight of Belgian fries from Frytki Belgijskie. Their fries are fresh, affordable and come with your choice of sauce for dipping. Still hungry? They have crispy dumplings too!

ADMIRE THE WARDROBE THEATRE - Piernikarska 9
Not far from the castle ruins is a rather unusual building. The Baj Pomorski Theatre looks like an antique wardrobe, drawers and all! It is also the only puppet theatre in this region of Poland with performances for both children and adults.
